For electronic agreements, the terms may be provided electronically in a way that allows the consumer to store them on a durable medium.
If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these terms, the most favorable provisions for the consumer shall prevail in case of conflict.
Article 4 – The offer
Offers from Nuvée are non-binding and may be changed. Products are described accurately, and images correspond to reality. Obvious mistakes or printing errors are not binding.
The consumer is clearly informed about their rights and obligations in an offer, in particular regarding:
-
price (excluding customs and import duties, which are paid by the customer),
-
shipping costs,
-
payment and delivery terms,
-
right of withdrawal or exceptions,
-
contract duration and termination conditions.
Article 5 – The contract
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions. Nuvée confirms receipt of the order electronically. Until this confirmation is received, the consumer may cancel the contract.
Nuvée takes technical measures to ensure secure data transfer and safe payment.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, without giving reasons.

Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal
For returns, the consumer bears the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be made within 14 days after the product has been received in good condition.
Note: Items discounted by 40% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products must comply with the contract and reasonable expectations. Manufacturer’s warranty applies if provided. Defective products must be reported within 14 days and returned in their original packaging.

Orders are delivered to the address specified by the consumer. Nuvée aims to deliver within 30 days. If this is not possible, the consumer will be informed and may cancel the contract at no cost.
The risk of loss or damage remains with Nuvée until delivery has taken place.
Article 12 – Long-term contracts
The consumer may terminate ongoing contracts with one month’s notice. Automatic renewal is limited by law.
